Return Policy
We want you to enjoy everything about your experience: from shopping through ordering and delivery, your satisfaction is our priority. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, notify us within 3 days of receipt, and we will take it back for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and additional shipping and/or restocking fees may apply.

Returns
Orders cancelled within three (3) business days after the date written on the order will receive a full refund. (i) Non- custom item[s]: Any non-custom item[s] may be returned, with prior notification to our sales staff, within fourteen (14) days of receipt, less original shipping and handling costs, and a 35% restocking fee. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving returned merchandise, THE ARRANGEMENT will inspect the item[s] for damage, and if in acceptable condition, will issue the appropriate refund. Returns will not be accepted for furniture that has been damaged, mishandled, abused or neglected, was determined in the sole and exclusive discretion of THE ARRANGEMENT. (ii) Custom item s: Custom item[s] may be returned in original purchase condition, with prior notification and approval from our sales staff, within fourteen (14) days of receipt, less original shipping and handling costs, and a 55% restocking fee. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving returned merchandise, THE ARRANGEMENT will inspect the item[s] for damage, and if in acceptable condition, issue the appropriate refund. Returns will not be accepted for furniture that has been damaged, mishandled, abused or neglected, as determined in the sole and exclusive discretion of THE ARRANGEMENT.
RETURN POLICY
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer returns on any sale items (sale 40% off or more). Those items are sold as Final Sale.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Products should be returned in their original packaging, including internal packing materials.
Products should be received in like-new condition.
Damage to any item must be noted and signed for at the time of delivery. Damaged items that are not noted on the delivery receipt are not eligible for return.
Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned.
Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not returnable.
Orders are eligible for a one-time exchange with restocking fees waived, delivery fees still apply.
REFUNDS
Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund in the next 1-2 business days. After that it’s up to your bank to credit your account. That should take around 5-7 business days. If it takes any longer than that, tell us about it and we’ll investigate for you.
Please note, we are only able to process refunds to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
An exchange will be processed the same way as a return. Please reach out within 30 days letting us know that you’d like to make a return. As soon as the order is received back at our warehouse, we’ll refund your original payment minus any applicable costs. Your new order will be a completely separate transaction. You can go ahead and place the new order yourself, but we’re always happy to help you place it of course.
IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR DEFECT
Keep calm, snap a few pics of the problem (including the packaging) and send them over to us. We’ll get it taken care of.
Please ensure that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery to facilitate an easy return. Send us the details via our Initiate Return option below.
Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. If you decide to cancel an order while the shipment is en route, or refuse the shipment, we will accommodate you but will deduct shipping costs plus any applicable restocking fees from your refund. Items that state they cannot be returned will not be refunded.
If you must cancel an order, contact our customer care team and be prepared to provide your request in writing. An order is not canceled until you receive written and signed acknowledgment by both parties.
If an incorrect or damaged item arrives we will make every effort to replace, refund, or repair at no additional cost to you.
For Items Not Damaged
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and request a return authorization. Items must be returned free from damage, stains, animal hair, and regular wear and tear. Also, the item must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent professional packing job.
Upon authorization, our freight company will contact you to arrange pickup. Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Many items are ordered specifically for your order and may incur a 10-20% restocking fee. (On many items we offer free swatches or material samples, please give us a call if you have any questions.) If your order included free shipping, the portion of delivery cost will be deducted from your credit. Free shipping is contingent upon you keeping the item.
For Damaged Items
While it is extremely unlikely, items may be damaged in transit. You will not be held responsible in any way for damaged items delivered to you, provided you have signed the item was damaged while the driver is there. (They will not deliver your items unless you sign for them.)
When the item arrives, it is your responsibility to inspect for damage. Be sure to open the package and inspect the furniture before you sign for it. If there is a problem, please note it on the delivery form and contact us while the delivery company is still there.
Our customer care team will provide direction to you and the delivery company based on the situation. Our policy is we reserve the right to repair or replace the damaged item depending on the situation that will yield the best result. The most important thing is that our trained customer care team is fully involved in this decision.
If you encounter quality issues after 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be canceled once initiated. The materials for these orders are ordered for your specific custom order. Cancellations for custom orders can only be made 24 hours after the order receipt is received by the customer. If you decide to cancel a custom order after 24 hours it is at the sole discretion of management on a case by case basis to allow or deny cancellation. These items are being made custom for you so please note that many items are not able to be canceled or will require restocking fees starting at 20%. By accessing this website you agree to our entire policy agreement as stated. Please note the estimated shipment or production times either listed on the website or your receipt are estimates and not exact dates. At times, these dates may be extended because of delays beyond our control either in production or shipping times. We will do everything in our power to meet these dates but exact dates will not be guaranteed until your items are in transit and scheduled with you and the carrier.
Missing or Damaged Pieces
We hope this does not happen to you, but if it does please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report missing or damaged parts. We will make every effort to rush the missing piece to you, but some items may take up to 6 weeks to deliver especially on custom orders.
